Federal and State Contracts

Bernards Office Furniture Inc. is a woman-owned certified small business, offering furniture from a wide range of GSA, CMAS, TCPN, and Navy BPA approved manufacturers. We provide excellent value, service, design, architectural space planning, material selection and color coordination for any government purchase program to federal, state and U.S. government offices, including judicial, military and federal agencies. We are an authorized dealer for ordering furniture via the manufacturer held contracts.

Government GSA contracts:

Bernards has been an authorized dealer of many GSA contracts available by our Vendors. Purchasing on contract is simple with our professional services that have spent many years in the business. We can guide you through the process and we provide the information you need to issue your Purchase Orders to the manufacturers. Government credit cards are accepted.

CMAS contracts:

The California Multiple Award Schedule (CMAS) contracts are a taxable contract available to all district and local government agencies that are not tax exempt such as education facilities. Purchasing on contract is simple with our experienced government sales team.

TCPN contracts:

TCPN contracts are available to all city organizations that are not tax-exempt.
These contracts are held by only a few select manufacturers and pricing is available upon request.

Navy BPA contracts:

BPA contracts are available to all Naval Base organizations that are tax exempt.
These contracts are held by only a few select manufacturers and pricing is available upon request.
